Returns / Exchanges
Due to the recent protocols put in place due to the pandemic, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But we want our customers to be completely happy with our products, especially the children, so please inspect the item(s) in your order upon receipt and if you have any issues with any of our products (defective, damaged, wrong item, etc.) please email info@theglaregang.com immediately to give us an opportunity for correction.
Refunds
Once you contact info@theglaregang.com, if it is amicably decided a refund is due it will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. We will notify you via email once we have processed the refund on our end.
Please NOTE: in all cases where we have to make it right with you, it may take time as we must have the item in stock or if we have to order supplies to make the item we need time to do so. We will definitely be transparent in our communication with an estimated timeframe for resolution and discuss the best solution for YOU once we begin to interact via email (info@theglaregang.com)
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3 business days of order receipt. In ALL instances, we try our best to ship your order out the next business day. Orders received after 5 PM PST or on the weekend may ship within two business days.
For example, if you place an order on Saturday at 6 PM, 3 business days would mean your order would ship Wednesday at the latest, Monday at the earliest. Tracking details can be delayed with most carriers and may not update until the next day after they receive the package.
Once the carrier receives the orders, orders may take up to 5 - 7 business days to arrive depending on the carrier. Most orders will arrive within the estimated time given by the carrier. Currently we do not offer expedited shipping.
Major holidays may increase shipping time, especially during the Christmas Holiday. Also during major holidays our Customer Service response may take an additional 24 - 48 hours depending on our work schedule. But please rest assured, we will respond as we value our customers.
We currently ship within the United States.
Glare Gang, Legacy 4 Xavier and its affiliate business entities are not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. We currently use USPS (the US Postal Service) and our shipping rates reflect First Class package rates so packages are insured. Once you file a claim with USPS and receive a determination, please contact us if the items in your order are lost and you wish to reorder so we can discuss options.. Please contact us at info@theglaregang.com and we typically respond within 48 business hours (standard business hours are currently Monday - Friday 11 AM - 5 PM).
